Your AI Managers keep your company from drifting off course today—not at your next quarterly review

You set the destination. Your AI Managers build your company's evolving view of reality and predict where your strategy, roadmap, decisions, and execution need to course-correct as reality changes. They keep everyone on course, from your team to your AI agents. Start preventing costly drift, rework, and missed opportunity windows today, not at the next quarterly review.

You've added AI. Now there is more work to align

You don't have an AI problem, you have a coordination problem. AI creates more drafts, more tasks, and more activity across the company. Keeping people aligned was hard enough, and AI moves faster than any meeting cadence. So who is making sure all that work still serves your strategy, your roadmap, and the decisions you approved?

What breaks as you add more AI.
AI creates more work to manageMore drafts, tasks, and AI agents arrive, and each one works from whatever context it happened to be given.
Decisions get approved but the work drifts after the meetingLeadership makes the decisions, but teams and their AI agents keep working in separate AI chat silos and slowly drift away until you feel the pain.
Your managers try to fill the gap, but people are too slow to keep up with AIPeople spend their time passing context in chat threads, checking work in meetings, and reconciling plans instead of moving the company forward.

This is where Checks & Balances AI can step in to help you manage the increased workload.

Your AI Managers maintain your company's view of reality and predict what's ahead

Every company runs on facts, beliefs, assumptions, and predictions about reality, and most of them live in people's heads and last quarter's deck. Your AI Managers maintain these as an evolving Company World Model™. As new information comes in, they weigh it, update the model, make predictions to check against what actually happens, and flag when your strategy, decisions, and roadmap are drifting away from reality. This is collective learning for a company, and it gets sharper with every cycle.

Which means you stop

Your AI Managers build your strategy and keep it on course as reality changes

Tell us where you want the company to go. Your AI Managers maintain your strategy as five explicit choices that work together to win your market and identify what must be true to get there. These include 1) the winning aspiration, 2) where to play, 3) how to win, 4) the capabilities, and 5) the management systems. When your strategy drifts from reality they'll flag it so you can take action today, not when it's too late.

Strategy process based on Playing to Win and The Opposable Mind by Roger Martin, Harvard graduate, former dean of the Rotman School of Management, and Thinkers50's number one management thinker.

Which means you stop

  • Paying for a strategy deck that is stale by the next meeting

Your AI Managers keep the team on strategy and surface new leadership decisions you need to make

Each department has an AI Manager that answers grounded in your approved strategy and flags issues when the company is drifting. They bring you the leadership decisions that are blocking the roadmap. Once you approve a decision, they update and align the roadmap for you.

Which means you stop

  • Digging decisions out of notes, docs, and chat threads
  • Re-litigating the same call every few weeks

Your AI Managers keep your roadmap aligned the moment you approve direction. Not after weeks of meetings

Set the direction and approve the decisions. Your AI Managers plan the roadmap across every department, write the tickets, tie each one to the decision and objective it serves, and surface the calls only you can make before work starts. Done in minutes, and kept aligned as things change.

Which means you stop

Your AI Managers brief you daily on the company drift statuses and issues

Every morning your AI Managers check each department's work against the approved strategy and decisions, score how far the company has drifted, and brief you on what is off course, why it matters, and who owns the fix. You see it the day it starts, not at the next quarterly review, and without sitting in every meeting.

Your AI Managers and your team collaborate in one workspace with shared threads, not in individual AI silos

Ask a question once and the AI Managers who own the answer reply in the same thread, alongside your people. Every thread is visible to the workspace, cites the decisions and beliefs behind each answer, and hands off cleanly from one department to the next. Threads live where the work is: on the roadmap item, the decision, or the strategy itself. Nothing lives in one person's chat window.

Which means you stop

Build vs contract — team debateRI-41
Ada Reyes

@team Build our own draw network, or contract national labs? Score both options against the locked North Star — own draw network, plan in seven days, $1,850 margin. Be honest about cost, speed, and what customers will feel if the draw is slow.

Tempo AIOperations Manager

I pulled this against the locked North Star — Own the Annual Panel. Q4 already says we need our own draw network; Q3 wins on a plan in seven days, which needs the draw to be easy.

I attached the three-city capacity model and a Denver customer journey as evidence. This decision blocks In-home blood draws in all three cities (RI-41) until you pick: 14 in-house phlebotomists, or contracted overflow.

Vault AIFinance Manager

Same North Star read from finance. OKR 3 is contribution margin at $1,850. The NPV worksheet is attached — in-house turns positive above about 8,000 customers; you are at 4,200, so contracting is cheaper now.

But contracting puts margin under that locked target. If the North Star still stands, build in-house and accept the near-term cost — do not quietly rewrite OKR 3 in a vendor contract.

Stack AITechnology Manager

I already paused phlebotomist routing. That work is throwaway if we contract national labs.

Scheduling and result ingestion stay safe either way — I can keep building those. Routing waits on this lock.

Marcus Hall

I’m with Tempo on the customer feel. A slow draw in Denver kills renewal before finance ever sees the NPV crossover. If we contract, say so clearly — and stop promising a five-day SLA we cannot keep.
